RSA Self-Help
CD
- Got popups?
- Did your internet connection just "stop working?"
- Is your computer running so slowly that you want to tear your
hair out?
You need the Self-Help CD!
This CD contains basic information about spyware, plus many of
the same utilities that the RSA uses to clean spyware from student
computers.
The Help Desk and the RSA strongly recommend that you use this
CD before you bring your computer to the RSA. By removing spyware
yourself, you could be back online, save yourself the wait and
keep your computer!
To get a Self-Help CD, bring a blank
CD to the HUB Microroom, log into a Windows computer, and double-click
on the "Burn Your Own Self-Help CD" icon on the desktop. Then follow
the instructions that appear. At the end of the process, you'll
have a CD with easy-to-follow instructions. The CD can be used
on a computer with or without a working internet connection.
