The ResNet Services Annex (RSA) provides support
for a variety of computer related issues associated with
internet connectivity problems, operating system issues,
and virus & spyware removal. The staff is also available
to lend advice dealing with other computer related issues
but will not install hardware, software, or repair errors
beyond those pertaining to network connectivity, virus &
spyware removal, and operating system issues.
You must bring your
computer with you for service. If you have a desktop
computer, you need only bring the CPU, not the monitor,
keyboard or mouse. If you have a laptop computer,
please bring the power cord - we'll need it!
The RSA is located at
the back of the HUB Microroom (HUB Lower Level.) The RSA
opens in the Fall during the second week of classes, and
is open during the Fall and Spring semesters whenever classes
are in session.
