To Turn on the Video Projector:
Find the remote for the InFocus projector (see image above). To turn the projector on, find the timer knob on the wall (see image above) and set it for slightly longer than you will need the projector. Use the "Computer" and "Video" buttons on the remote to select your projection source. You can control the sound level by using the volume controls on the projector remote. To turn the projector off, push "Standby" button on the remote until the unit shuts down. The projector fan will continue to run until the unit is cooled down; it will shut down automatically.

To Turn on & View the Computer:
To use the computer, you will need to press the power buttons on the tower and on the monitor. Once the computer has completely booted-up, you can access programs like PowerPoint, Word, and Internet Explorer by clicking the icons on the screen. To project the computer screen, with the projector on, press the "Computer" button on the InFocus projector remote. When you are done with the computer, shut it down by clicking the "Start" button in the lower, left-hand corner of the screen, then choose "Shut Down" from the pop-up menu, and "Shut Down" in the pop-up window. If you need to use a different computer with the projector, please contact Library & Information Services (x1000) for assistance.
