Study Room Reservations

There are thirteen group study rooms available in the Waidner-Spahr Library (see the Library map). Some of these are equipped with audio-visual equipment for group video viewing. Dickinson students, faculty and staff may reserve these rooms for individual or group use during Library hours. Each individual can reserve up to three hours of study room time a day. This time can be broken up between several different reservations. If you require a study room for longer than three hours, you will need to ask for a special reservation at the Circulation Desk. Studyrooms must be reserved at least 12 hours in advance.

Check Study Room Availability

You can check on study room availability for any day. This will allow you to see how many study rooms are currently booked at a particular time, or see how booked a particular room is. This does not account for current walk-in usage.
