The Commonwealth's official source of demographic and economic data, offering a wide variety of products and services, such as population estimates, projections and many social, housing and economic characteristics. It is also the official state liaison to the US Census Bureau.

Provides an amazing amount of statistical information on the United States.

         Statistical Abstract:
         A comprehensive summary of statistics related to social, economical and political aspects of          the United States

         QuickFacts:
         Provides facts about people, business, and geography based on the last census

         American Fact Finder:
         One of the best sources for obtaining local census data by either block or track

FedStats:
Provides a wonderful gateway to statistical resources compiled by federal agencies

Stat USA:
A service of the U.S. Department of Commerce this database is the site for the U.S. business, economic and trade community, providing authoritative information from the Federal government.

Statistical Universe:
A Lexis-Nexis group database for searching U.S. government statistical sources, state governments and privately published statistical sources or international intergovernmental statistical sources. It includes statistical tables, LexisNexis, American statistics Index (from 1973) and table by LexisNexis, Academic & Library Solutions indexers.
