The Waidner-Spahr Library has over 510,000 bound volumes and 1,600 periodical subscriptions. The library also offers thousands of digital journals and databases, as well as music and video recordings, and government documents.

In addition to the above collections, the library is also home to several computer labs, classrooms, and individual study rooms.

Academic Technology has been increasing its effort to help provide great classroom support as well as providing custom web application development.

We support faculty and students in the creation and use of new media for presenting ideas in the classroom and to the world. Genres of new media include podcasting, digital storytelling, collaborative editing with social software.

At Dickinson, every student room on campus, and most off-campus College-owned housing, has access to ResNet, the student Residential Network. From ResNet, students can access the world wide web, send and receive e-mail, create their own web pages, share files with other students, and access campus resources.
